I’m not sure if I won a prize as my computer crashed at the point of entry. What do I do?

Don't worry the website automatically records all winning entries even if your device crashes and you do not need to do anything if you are one of them, as the prize will be automatically dispatched and arrive within 28 days.
You can enter 5 times a day, so if you think you may have pressed a wrong button, please feel free to try again! 

However The Promoter will not be responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered, or for participants not able to use the system or their computer correctly or for any reason including without limitation system failures, network errors, site being temporarily down, hacks on the system or any other personal computer issues. How do I claim my prize?

Winners will be notified immediately on screen and prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the win to the address and name given at registration. You don’t need to do anything if you are a prizewinner, simply wait for your prize to arrive! If you prize does not arrive within 28 days please call the promotional helpline below.
